As a Senior Support Worker, your duties will include the following:
– Providing physical support, which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
– Offering emotional support for individuals and, at times, their families.
– Maintaining the hygiene, dignity, health, and safety of service users at all times.
– Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
– Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport, and managing bills.
– Assisting in the design and administration of evaluations of care standards and service provision.
– If applicable, assisting in the administration of medication.
– Encouraging a model of self-care and service user rehabilitation.
– Evaluating care plans and standards of care competence.
– Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of standards required by legislation related to the registration of the service.
Necessary Experience or Qualifications:
To work as a Senior Support Worker, you should have:
– A real passion for caring and helping people.
– At least 6 months of experience working as a Senior Support Worker.
– NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification.
– Ability to work on a shift/rota pattern.
– The right to work in the UK.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. Your duties will include:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to individuals with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
– Assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
– Administering nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
– Managing individuals with long-term health conditions with confidence and competence.
– Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions and treatments for individuals with complex mental health needs.
– Proactively identifying, diagnosing, and managing treatment plans for individuals as appropriate.
– Prioritizing health problems and intervening effectively in urgent or emergency situations, including providing emergency care.
– Maintaining accurate and complete records of all interactions and consultations with service users, in compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
– Providing guidance and support to support workers on a daily basis.
– Engaging in continual personal development to enhance your skills and capabilities.
Our Services operate on a 24-hour basis and are dedicated to providing successful clinical outcomes for individuals with acute mental health presentations and challenging behaviors. We are seeking individuals who have:
